I had to share Isaac's prayer before lunch today...
Isaac: hands folded, "Dear God" (loooooong pause)
Me: quick prompt, "say what you are thankful for"
Isaac: "Daddy, moo cows, tractors, baby tractors"
Me: "anything else?"
Isaac: "tractors! baby tractors! tractors, tractors!!"
Both: in unison "Amen!"
Two weeks ago he said his first prayer all by himself. It went just like this...
"Dear God,
eight, nine, ten.
Amen!"
LOVE YOU ISAAC! Ask Mommy if she can ship you in a fedex box over to our house right now. I feel like you and Mimi and Bode could be good friends xoxo ! Your baby brother is a lucky little guy!
